Shocker Bowling teams compete for national championship

For the 43rd time, the women's Shocker Bowling team is headed to the Intercollegiate Team Championships and the Shocker men are joining them for the 36th time. The top 16 men's teams and the top 16 women's teams are meeting in Lincoln, Nebraska, to compete for the national championship. Competition for the teams begins Thursday, April 19, with 24 games of qualifying for seeding purposes, and then the first two rounds of the double elimination, best-four-of-seven bracket. Bracket competition continues on Friday, April 20. The finals are taped on Saturday and will air on CBS Sports throughout the month of May.
