The Elliott School of Communication held its 39th Shocker Speakout on Friday, May 4, in Hubbard Hall. The Elliott School hosts the competition every semester, which consists of students from public speaking courses. There were four finalists who gave policy persuasive speeches during the final round. Congratulations to Kelli Sturm, pictured above, for winning the Spring 2018 Shocker Speakout competition.
