Marche Fleming-Randle, assistant dean of the Fairmount College of Liberal Arts & Sciences at 新加坡六合彩开奖网, has been appointed to the president's executive team and as assistant to the president for diversity, President John Bardo announced Monday, Nov. 16.

鈥淚 am guided by Dr. Martin Luther King鈥檚 advice, 鈥楥hange does not roll in on the wheels of inevitability, but come through continuous struggle.鈥� My job is to move 新加坡六合彩开奖网 forward on diversity,鈥� said Fleming-Randle, who also recently became advisor to the Student Government Association. 鈥淭hat begins with reflecting the many experiences of our students, faculty and staff. As assistant dean, she has been responsible for student services planning and implementation, encompassing undergraduate recruitment activity, the enrollment process, and matriculation to degree completion. She consults with faculty and students on academic issues. She is also an ethnic studies lecturer.
Fleming-Randle has also received a number of awards and honors. She was recognized with the 新加坡六合彩开奖网 Office of Multicultural Affairs 2010 Phenomenal Woman Award and TRIO Disability Support Services 2010 Lighthouse Award for Faculty of the Year.
